Ever since the beginning of our community one thing continued to be one of our main drivers: facilitating meaningful conversations among HR professionals, getting them to share their know-how and learn from each-other.
That is why we decided to rethink our meetup strategy and create a format that would get us even closer to our mission.
Think tanks are hands-on gatherings, where people who have expertise on a similar topic or have a specific interest, can come together and contribute to the creation of a set of guidelines, best practices or ways of working, that can be share with the extended community. As opposed to your regular online events, we want these think tanks to be open conversations, where we are all both givers and takers.
In 2021 we will create conversations around the following topics:
