The story of HR Hub
At the beginning there was a small community called Young HR Pros. It was created back in 2011, by a handful of passionate HR people who wanted a place to share and learn together.
We are pioneers. We challenged the status-quo and started experimenting with interdisciplinary concepts like Gamification, User Experience or Product Management.
Our community grew organically. In 2016 we became HR Hub – the first HR think tank in Romania. We are now almost 10.000 and we continue to be as passionate as we were back then.
We believe that HR has the power to solve or improve 95% of business issues and this is our way of saying “challenge accepted”.
